Motivation.

Just when I start to get downbuzz that my dieting and exercising isn't working because the scales are barley moving I measure myself again.
1cm lost off my arms.
5cm lost off my stomach.
2cm lost off my thighs.
& 4cm lost off my hips!

From 7th Feb -23rd March.
Yah buddy!
